Good day, I requested a quote from Regent Insurance almost a month ago if not 2. They only rep**** 3rd week August with a quote which I accepted. Then they requested to confirm details with the main policy holder which they said they would phone on Friday 14 August and as at today 19 August nobody has phoned to confirm details in order to concluded the insurance contract. <br> <br> It must be noted that I am also disappointed in the service provided - I would never personally ignore new potential business especially if you are bidding for the business, in an industry that is hugely competitive.
