No compassion unprofessional

I am so upset at this *********** office with there unprofessional way of treating I have been waiting for seven months for a claim to be finalised I have emailed daily all Nicole can tell me is excuse after excuse or they are never in always out of office manager that sits a month with a file waiting to be signed off or sick or always something emails are now being ignored they don’t even pick up a phone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with always a problem never a solution back and forth is making me sick to my stomach.
