NO ANSWER VIA PHONE OR EMAIL

I have tried to contact C-surance regarding a claim query. I can't get help when contacting via phone or e-mail as both methods gives/sends return messages stating the mail/voicebox is full. Please get in contact with me urgently, this is extremely unprofessional behavior.
