MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!

So I have a cover with this company. I called them two weeks ago to launch a claim, I was asked to submit two quotations from two different. I submitted the quotes but I still had to call them to ask if they received them, they did not bother calling me to say they have them. It doesn't end there, I then called them again last Thursday to ask about my claim and all, the consultant that was helping me then said he'll call me back, I'm still waiting for that call.
