I had to call regent for my refund which they are still giving a big delay since monday i haven't got a feedback regarding when are they going to pay my refund. I call them everyday they don't assist me but today i got a superhero with good Customer care experience. She manage to help me to se d an email to the manager but i still haven't received the response very disappointed with regent
