LIQUID CAPITAL NO NO

I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Cresta . Was contacted by their \IN HOUSE"finance department. Who gave me quotes on insurance all set to make Regent insurance come out cheaper. I was contacted by a sales person from regent and went through the normal processes on Thursday 16 April 2015. I then on monday 20 April 2015 contacted other insurance companies and found that insurance was much lower . I was supposed to receive policy documentation from Regent which I NEVER DID. I contacted regent on Monday 20 April 2015 to cancel the policy. With my ID number they had no record of me what so ever ( Please listen to your calls from that day) I then contacted Barbara at Hyundai Cresta informing her that I did not want to use Regent and she in turn was to inform Khosi who would get hold of regent. I even then had to produce on Tuesday 21 April 2015 when I collected the car it had insurance. Now Regent has debited my bank account .. REGENT please refund that money with the R10 debit order fee I was charged. Dont worry I also intend to write a report on Hyundai Cresta regarding this Liquid Capital trick."""
