Lack of communication

<p>I submitted a warranty claim at SAW which was approved (gearbox), during the course of the week the Cargo motors forwarded a new quote that included clutch and cylinder hydraulic problems which are covered as per the copy of the policy I received. I sent that quote to SAW (Harshad Vallabh) and they told me that the authorisation amount would remain the same as the maximum liability for gearbox. I responded to Harshad on the 27th January requesting him to explain his response and I attached a copy of what they sent me but he did not respond.</p>
