KEEPING ME ON THE LINE- dont insure with REGENT

I had a claim submitted to Regent on the 18th May 2015. My car has been with Danmar awaiting a decision from Regant if my claim is valid. The validation Process is still ongoing and i have to keep on phoning to hear what the problem is. First they couldnt validate the \previous insurance"which i never had i was only a regular driver on my EX HUSBANDS santam. I then proceed to give them the details which they claim Santam doesnt find him on the system. I THEN had to phone again because they dont come back to me. I had to submit documents (POLICY SCHEDULE) from santam for my EX HUSBAND which was actualy impossable but i keep everything thank goodness!! i SCANNED it all to them and then got mailed that my claim is assigned to another lady.<br> I am tired of waiting and i paid all my monthly payments on time then there was no questions asked.<br> I am so not happy......
