It takes up to two days to get your claims history. Very Pathetic

Regent is really a headache to deal with. It does not matter what the issue is that you have. How can it take up to 2 days to get your claims history? I called my previous insurance company (King Price) and requested their claims history and they sent it right away while I am still with them on the call. I cant wait to leave this company Regent honestly.
