Insurance premium

I have been with regent who has partnered with Hollard now for 10 years for my car insurance but when i justbought my car they increased my premium X3 of what i was paying after i never even claimed from them for any major for all the 10 years instead Miway helped me thou i was never their client. I spoke to Natasha trying to negotiate she never listened. I was so disappointed i trusted them..
