Incomplete repairs and passing the bug

December 2013 Durban Champion panel beaters repaired my vehicle an Audi A4 ND673444 with claim TAU056636CLM-01 of Regent insurance from an accident occurred. I than picked the vehicle after repairs were concluded I then realised my air-conditioner wasn't working within a week of collection and reported to them. I was called in and they tried to sort it out and faile the the matter was reported to the insurance as the system was related to the accident as the damage was involving the air-conditioning system and there was no compliance and no follow up kept on going back to the repairer and they kept referring the matter to the insurer but no one wanted to help until this day. I find this unacceptable as no one wants to take the initiative to resolve this matter as before the accident the vehicle was fully functional. They kept on giving me a run around till today I've spoken to Tlhologelo and Kagiso from Regent who promised to get the matter resolved as I could not be transfered to Berina or Babie I was referred to her email is [Email Removed] tell. *** or 0478. Hello Peter please intervene. I've had three blazing summers in a vehicle I had just bought.
