<p>One week ago my debit ran off on my i20 and its not the normal amount i pay! In the beginning of July i got a call for a rim protection and clearly indicated we are not intrested and put a complain up on the hello peter page about regent insurance... the complain was handled by Michelle last week i sent her an e mail stating my debited amount was -+r240 more to date i didnt get a reply yet! NB i also sent her an e mail stating there was an amendment to my policy a month ago and she still didn't get back to me REGENT INSURANCE !!!! Now due your negligence im looking for a way to take this matter up!!!!!! A picture stating an e mail was sent 7 days ago! </p>
