Incompetant people & useless

We bought the vehicle from Diamond Motors - Boksburg and the dealer was dishonest about mileage when he gave us warranty policy. We enclosed proof of inspection sheet with actual mileage at that point (April 2014). We have problems and it became cost for our own pocket. So I spoke with Fermidha Ahmed on 4 Feb 2015, explained and I send through copies of all relevant doc's to cancel an refund balance of warranty months. Fermidha told me the refund would take 7 working days.
