i want my refund

I joined regent life with the aim of saving R200.00 for 5 years, was told that the administration fee will be R35, so my montly debit order will be R235.00. however, they are debiting me R250.00 and when my policy documents arrive I learnt that I have R100 for savings andR135 for accidental death. I did not ask for that, I emailed them and asked them to fix it or cancel my policy. they were not willing to fix it they just told me if I want to cancel i must send them a letter and i did then was told i need to submit a signed form, copy of id and bank statement and i did. they keep sending me emails that i must submit the documents. my policy number is ***, I want them to cancel and refund me my money. they are not professional
