I need you to respond to my query

My name is Nosiviwe Vuyelele,Id number ***,I submitted a claim on the 19th of March .I was told that I am only covered for R4000 so I need to get a quote for R4000.I got the quote and submitted it on the 28th of April via email ,my email was read but I did not receive any response from Busi ,I sent several email enquiring if the quote was received still no response.
