Horrifying Service

I am extremely disgusted in the service, I had my vehicles rear windscreen smashed while driving. When I called the regent call centre there line divert to a pg glass ca centre. The guy who answers informs me he cannot assist me I need to call in the morning and possess will be completed with in minutes as they are partnered with regent. To my surprise when calling this morning j get informed regent us close sorry we can't help you....is this the service I'm paying for.... I could not use my car the entire weekend as my insurance doesn't have any assistance over weekends.<br> I afraid to know what would should I require emergency assistance over a weekend or need to claim am I going to be informed sorry call back on Monday. .<br> <br> Riaz Haffejee<br> ***<br>
