Home Contents Insurance Claim
Someone broken into my house 16th January 2018 during early hours morning while I was at work but my wife was in the house sleeping... The took items like TV, Laptop's and clothes to the value of 50K and now insurance refused to pay the total loss of my items. They claim that I'm under insured because my total insured value is 95k now that can only pay me back 15k worth of Rand to my total loss of 50k. I really don't understand how did the get Into that amount. The Assessor claims that my home contents worth more than 95k so I took I home insurance of total loss 95k then they paid me a portion of total loss based on that
