Hello Regent, <br> <br> Hepstar insurance, an amazing company for which you are the underwriters have been struggling with my claim for the past 25 days. By struggling I mean that they do not respond to phone calls or emails. <br> <br> Could you please assist in fixing their email servers/phone so that I could use the service I might have paid for in error. <br> <br> Thanks :)
