grievance against regent life

in march I asked regent life to cancel my policy as they have sold me incorrect product and asked for my refund. well they did refund me R189 from the R750.00 they took from me. in march they debited me again but refunded in three days, they have debited me again in april and they haven't refunded me. my policy number is ***, please now I want all my money, was ok even though you didn't refund me fully. please ask them to stop bothering me and pay me back
