Good service

<p>I was really disappointed of the way my car claim was handled..because it was taking so long and no one could explain to me why...coz it was almost 3 weeks...and everything I ask the reason they will tell me about the code the using but not explaining to me so that I can understand and then when I called again yesterday I was assisted by a guy named Darren February and he explained everything to me and I was also able to assist him with the necessary documents required for my claim to be processed.thank you soooo much Darren and eventually my claim was processed.</p>
