Good company, contracts work to ********* company

We had problems with a claim of mine on 2 occasions and it took me complaining to have it addressed. What this has led me to believe is that Regent is a decent insurance company and I am glad that my issues were addressed. You obviously need to re-look the companies that you use to administer your policies. A quick social media search shows that Collision Management Centre is the worst thing that has happened to Regent. They are always looking to cheat your clients. I spend a lot of time on the road so it made sense for me to buy your service. Having to change vehicles every 3 years means that one could be a customer of yours for many years to come but I will not be back at the end of next year if you are still using CMC.
