********** claims of policies on my name

Regent sales reps keeps on calling me claiming that I have a Bumper to bumper policy with them. I checked with their head office and this was found to be incorrect. The sales rep called me again this morning claiming that I do have the policy but she cannot give me the policy number. I then asked her to speak to her Manager and she dropped the call.
