I took a policy an investment ,with a dishonest agent of Regent Gert Pretorius. He decided to give me an additional policy , hence an extra amount was deducted than what we agreed for! When I decide to cancel the policy and want my money back, I am being told of an investigation. I have submitted all the documents and proof! I am angry because now I have to wait for an investigation to be paid back my money when it is their agent who is wrong. To me it feels like they trying to avoid paying the refunds. But I'm even more angry because even the surrender is still not paid which does not need an investigation. I regret taking a policy with them! On the form where I signed ONLY for the investment the Agent who clearly had ********** intentions never wrote the total premium of the policy , I guess that is why he added an additional amount, but it doesn't help because I didn't not sign on it! Such a horrible experience! All I want now is my money back ASAP if I will even get it.
