***** on my salary advice

Had two policies with regent, had to claim for cash back and struggled to get hold of them. It occured to me that should I want to lodge a claim later I would not be able to as their offices are in Gauteng and its a struggle for them to answer calls. I cancelled both the policies with my salary departments and they stopped deducting. It has been about 6 to 8 months now so the policy must have lapsed, but no they found their way back to my salary...can somebody please help because I want my money back.
