Finalisation of claim Claim DMT069816CLM IE Maile

Hi,<br> <br> I have lodged in a claim on the 14/12/15 and to date nothing has been finalized. I now seek an intervention of motor claims manager directly as I have spoken to a number of consultants but not to my satisfaction. Europ car hire phoned me this morning to ask why I didn't bring back the car as it was due yesterday but regent didn't contact me to inform me to take the car back via sms as this is what they normally do. My car was written off last year December but my subscription was also deducted for this month, for what cover I don't know. im also of the opinion that they will deduct again this month without prior explanation. I cannot give back the courtesy car back without the finalization of my claim as there is no public transport available at my place of residence. I also informed that the value of my car is R69000 whereas before I had an accident on 12/12/15, the value was R77000. I phoned regent @ 11h40 demanding to speak with the manager and I was told by Nhlanhla they are all on lunch. Please assist.
