Failed to issue refund as provided for in T&C

I had a four-year scratch and dent insurance policy on a vehicle, which stated clearly in the terms and conditions I signed when I purchased the policy that it could be cancelled at any time and the unused portion of the premium would be refunded. When I sold the vehicle after two years, I requested the refund for the remaining two years of the premium, only to be told I was not eligible for a refund, based on a terms and conditions different from the one I had actually signed when I purchased the policy. I then (for a second time) sent the agent the signed copy of the terms and conditions stating that I was eligible for a refund, and she forwarded this to Kotie Van Rooyen for escalation, but three weeks later I have not had so much as an acknowledgment of receipt from him. It's bad enough that this company is blatantly trying to shift the goalposts by claiming I am bound by terms and conditions different from the ones I signed for, but the customer service in dealing with this matter is atrocious.
