Excuses excuses

Why do I pay for insurance? Never claimed anything in my life now my vehicle had a breakdown and suddenly it's not covered. The poor person on phone is thinking of every excuse in the book not to help me. I am sick and tired of companies like these who doesn't hesitate to take your money but when they need to deliver always comes with excuses.
