Dont use Regent, you will regret it

Don't take a policy from these people, you will never be able to get hold of them. I have been trying to cancel a policy for a vehicle I no longer own for over a week. I have sat on hold for more than half an hour (12 times in the last week) and no one ever answers, cant try different department because they refuse to help me, I have tried to send emails and they are ignored.
