Do Not Insure With Regent Insurance!!!

My motor vehicle was involved in an accident on 14/02/2015 and I submitted a claim to Regent Insurance (DMT065527CLM-01).<br> It took this organization 6 weeks to come to a decision yet the evidence that they base their decision on, was confirmed to be in their possession 4 weeks earlier. I have providing all required documents within same day of each request. I have been made to feel like a ******** - was subjected to providing personal bank statements plus cellphone records! <br> I am presently awaiting their repudiation letter and supporting evidence (as promised 2 weeks ago).<br> Their delay (and possible hesitation) in providing their decision in writing (with supporting evidence) in order to close my direct dealings with them speaks volumes (in my opinion).<br> I, on the other hand, have no hesitation in taking this matter further as I am confident in proving this organization wrong!<br> <br> However, the painful stress of dealing with *********** staff of this organization (who's integrity I question) leads me to offer the following advice to the public : DO NOT INSURE WITH REGENT INSURANCE!
