Dishonest Regent Insurance

I had taken a policy with regent but cancelled the policy the very next day Regent has still being deducting the money from me When this was queried I was informed that no refund will be given to me and that i am more than welcome to go to the ombudsman. The employee that had to cancell the policy has left and had not done so therefore i mus forfeit my money Not fair .
