Deducting insurance for car written off

<p>Regent Insurance is still deducting claims even though they wrote the car off and have paid us out. </p> <p>This is the HEIGHT of pathetic!!!!!</p> <p>Car accident/write off claim number: DMT074238CLM.</p> <p>We're now having to put in stop orders etc on the bank to prevent them from debiting money for a car that we don't own. When we phone them, we get the runaround from one person to the next and zero solutions are offered.</p> <p>So DAMN angry at them for their incompetence.</p>
