Damaged goods

Please help. I had an accident claim with the above and my claim was processed and the car written off. I asked the consultant to cancel the claim as the car was supposed to be sold to me but they assumingly never had a price on the car but I really wanted the car back as it has sentimental value to me. They told me that they do not have a price on the car yet but when it was delivered to me it had a for sale tag on with a price of R18000. I asked them to deliver the car to my mothers house and I will inspect the car for further damage as discussed with Nhlanhla Ngwenya. I asked the consultant what happens if I found further damage and he said they will repair it. I found further damages on the car and my radio detachable face was also removed from the side pocket of the door as well as my front number plate. I sent an email to them to repair and replace but they kept telling me that they will get back to me. To date I got no calls from anyone at the Regent office.
