customers **** to and unfulfilled promises
on the 22/03/2018 I called the regent insurance company to report scratches on my car as I have a scratch and dent cover with them which I've been paying without defaults.The consultant I spoke to over the phone said that I'll receive an email from them after 48 hours stating where I should take the car to be repaired around my area.to my surprise I haven't received the email nor a call from them about my claim.yet I pay the cover.
