Complaint

I'm Nomnikelo Thetyana, i've got a problem with Hollard regent life, they deducted 1000 from my pay slip without me authorizing that and even knowing about the policy , mind you i was suppose to pay my child's school fees with that money, phoned their branch here in Port Elizabeth and i was assisted by Azola and i gave her all the necessary documents she asked for , she then gave me a the head office number when she could no longer answer my questions ,mind you everytime when i call them i'm spending about 50rands or more on airtime only for them to tell me i must wait for ten days , had to go back to my child's school to make arrangements for this ten days , after the ten days money still not in, instead they are asking me about my two different surnames and for more documents , and when i was giving them my documents i did give them a case number of my divorce coz i don't even know were is my marriage certificate , mind you when they took the money from my payslip they took it with those two surname , this was with them for more then days , now i'm stressing coz at my child's school i'm looking like a lair now because of them .now when i call the Port Elizabeth branch the cut of the phone not even answering me, when i call the Head office they ask for my identity number and put the phone on the side until my airtime is finished .i honestly don't know what to do anymore. I am very disappointed and with Holland coz they have stole my money
