Complain

I have a dent scratch cover with Regent. I have paid them for over 12 years and now i am claiming and now i am told that teh claim is rejected because the quotation comes up to R4900.

Regent send me to 2 companies to get quotations. The 2 compnies charge a high labour cost which i do not have control of.

I feel that there is no pint of paying the dent and scratch cover from Regent. Just save the debit order moner and pay for fixing your car when you ar required to do so.
