Claim not resolved for 2 weeks now
I had an accident on the 9 th of August 2017...I registered my claim on the 11th after getting all the documents requested by my insurance....its been 2 weeks now, still my claim has not been resolved...I'm currently using a courtesy car and I'm afraid that it's got expire and I will be left stranded thereby risk loosing my job because I stay far from work in a deserted place where public transport is scarce. This has already taken a tall on my stress levels
