<p>I've been trying to claim from Regent since December. I don't get through to the releventdepartment due to the appearent high volumes of calls they recieve. I was called last week by the company due to a message that i sent vai their web site. They were supposed to get back to me that afternoon but still haven't. one can really not relyon this companye </p>
