Change to my policy without my concern

<p>on Monday 10 July I received a call from a Regent rep selling some scratch and dent policy I put the phone on speaker and handed it over to my daughter. we clearly indicated we are not interested in this and the exact words were NO THANK YOU WE ARE NOT INTESTED - she was rude just hung up and we clearly remember this because we her attitude there after! today I get an e-mail confirming active cover. I am extremely disappointed to see the level of lies and unprofessionalism. we are awaiting a reply from Regent about this and recordings</p>
