cancellation of policy

<p>I contacted regent life via phone and emails to try and cancel my funeral cover that is by the way very expensive,but still they are deducting from my salary without returning the money unlike some reliable insurance companies like old mutual where if they would do that then they return the money into your account within 7 days. I have no communication from this people they have been taken my money for months without considering my financial status they are not client orientated at all I hope no one ever uses them ever</p> <p> </p>
