cancellation

I took a funeral cover with REGENT LIFE in 2013 and everything was fine till this year and Am very SICK AND TIRED of this policy and no one is willing to help me with a cancellation letter. I have been running after GD Kloberie for months now begging for it, he gives me wrong numbers and always lies saying he will come see me about my policy, email customer services and a lady by Phumzile Mabuza who told me I need a cancellation letter, I rep**** to her that I can't get hold of this Kloberie character so can she please email me the cancellation letter SHE NEVER REP****.. In March this year I was paying r248.10 , June it changed to r395.10 and end of August I paid r414.11. What the hell is going on here ?is this a policy or a ****?
