Cancellation – 473758: Non existent customer support, unable to cancel my account, bank acc still being debited

Regent insurance is nigh uncontactable, only getting through to an operator after selecting " new client sales" to get a human being. I sent a cancellation request, recieved an automated reply and nothing further, this was weeks ago. lo and behold the account is still being debited and no reply from Regent. if dealing with them is this trying, i cant imagine choking a claim from them.
