Cancelation of Deposit Cover Policy Still not cancelled after almost a year

<p>I noticed in October 2015 on my car finance bank statement that an amount was being deduced from Regent Insurance. After I enquired regarding the deductions, it was brought to my attention that a policy that I did not sign up for was being deducted from my motor vehicle financing.</p> <p>I firstly never requested shortfall cover neither did I request the deposit cover as I did not even pay a deposit on the vehicle being insured. The dealer just made me sign document as part of financing without explaining as I never even initailed each page. This was firstly misleading on the part of the dealer which I will take up.</p> <p>However on receipt of the signed document from Le Verne Olckers ( ********** in rep**** requesting that the policy be cancelled on 24 May 2016. This has to date not been done. I am requesting a full refund for the period from date of cancellation unless you want me to take this matter further relating to collussion by the finance people at dealerships. My wife who was with me on the day also dont recall that we signed up for that.</p>
