Cancelation of a policy

Its been 6 weeks now since I canceled my savings policy from Regent. They've been sending me same messages that my cancelation form is incomplete and when ever I call I get no response. I am sick and tired of their service, it's nice for them when they deduct my money but when they have to pay me my money they go back and fourth. I am so tired ???
