Can't gave a service as per contract

I bought a new car in 2014 and with it a insurance of R3000 that promises a lot of things, like yearly you can take your car for free wheel alignment, aircon treatment and full inspection. March 2015 I called them to claim the service and was promised a consultant will call me back. Nobody called back and with the discovery of kidney cancer and operations and hospitalization I just left. Then in November a stone hit my windscreen and I called them again and again they said they call me back that never happens so I paid for the repair myself. Then again this year I contact them again for the service underwritten in the policy and again I they said they will call me back but it didn't happened. Then I complain via e-mail and after a lot of e-mails from me an them they said I can take my car to any wheel alignment center but just for the wheel alignment and then pay for it and they will pay me back. I insisted that I want all the services under written in the policy but they said they can't gave it because they don't have a service center in Vereeniging. Because they can't deliver a service that I paid for I'm asking my money back. I did gave it over to the ombuds man but it takes a long time before they attend to this no good policy.
