Be careful who debits you're account

I realized that I have been debited 100 bucks every month without notice of company,when I confronted the Regent they said I took a policy and yet there was no such a thing as I didn't have any contacts whatsoever with them. They even refused to play a copy o the tape for me.When I insisted that I want to listen to what concern did I give them to deduct my account they cancelled the contract via email and said they won't refund my 500 bucks they've been deducting all along for the previous months.<br> <br> Lerato is so arrogant because of the way she's dealing with the matter, as she never called all she has been doing was drop an email and has no answers to sho gave them authorizations to my bank account.
