Bad service

I took a policy with this company , a lady then called me to confirm the deduction date ,i told them to deduct end of november but they made it to be the end of oct ,when i want to cancel i was told that the deduction will still go through end of this month whereas i told the lady i want it to go off end of nov. And she tells me theres nothing she can do . And it is still gona go off for the next three months
