Bad response

I have a paint tech insurance with them. I asked them for a contract so that I can see what I am covered for. After about a month I got a welcome letter telling me that the contract is attached, but was not. I rep**** that it was not attached and that they should reply with the contract attached. That was on 29 June already, till now no response.
