BAD ATTITUDE

I was trying to claim from my policy and I spoke to lady who told me her name is Leandre Nickel on the number ********** who gave me a very bad attitude to a point she even dropped a call on me twice when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She claims the policy I am reading to her is not what they are covering me for. She is really not a person who should be dealing with people at all.
