An agent that deserves a standing ovation

Regent has undergone a system change in various departments, even though the claim finalisation took so much time and frustration levels ran at boiling highs, Darren February is one agent that deserves an applaud! He even ran out of something to say as the one negative update came after the other in this never seen before, 3/4wks of getting the claim paid out - But he is the reason I have not cancelled my policy due to other dept slacky attitudes and tech issues. This guy should be put on a pedestal for other agent to look up to. Darren, you rock and keep up your hard work!
