Adding cover i did not agree to!!!!!
About two weeks ago a call centre agent called and was very agressive in her ways stating that i should take out short fall cover - i was at work at the time and told her i am not interested. IMAGINE MY SUPRISE WHEN receiving a letter with shortfall cover, something i did not say yes to!!!
